Apkzup may request identity documents to verify age at registration or at any point thereafter. apkzup reserves the right to restrict services until verification is complete.

• Using apkzup from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
• Apkzup staff and their immediate family members are restricted from using certain services.

All bets on apkzup are final — once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please verify your odds and stake carefully before placing a bet.

On apkzup Sports Betting, odds for each event may change based on market conditions. In live betting, odds update in real time and the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply.

• The minimum bet amount is set individually for each market.
• Maximum bet limits are set by apkzup and are subject to change at their discretion.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with apkzup's policy.
• If betting fraud or coordinated wagering is suspected, apkzup may investigate and suspend the account.
• Apkzup reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet.

Bet Settlement Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be restricted or declined. apkzup typically processes each withdrawal request within 1 to 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Payments may be held for investigation if money laundering is suspected.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the deposit bonus wagering requirement has been met.

• Accepting bonuses is optional. Wagering requirements apply to each bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple bonus accounts or multiple members of the same household are not eligible to receive bonuses.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Apkzup reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Apkzup is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. Any attempt to abuse the platform, manipulate outcomes, or harm other users is strictly prohibited.

• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Harassing or defrauding other users is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to apkzup systems is strictly prohibited.
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

Apkzup reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the reasons listed below. Upon closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned.

• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to verify age or being underage.
• Violating the Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming limits applied at the user's own request.
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned in such cases.

• The user is solely responsible for any losses resulting from sharing their account credentials with others.
• Apkzup's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days, under any circumstances.
